Mirabelle tastes of mirabelle, there is very little like it. Tangy and full of texture. Pairs great with Vanilla and White Trash.

uganda vanilla for earthy and liquorice tones.
Rwenzori vanilla, seeds as well as ground up whole beans make a full flavoured vanilla ice cream. Chewy frozen custard texture makes for the best cacao affogatos.
